Rick Blything

I have been listening to these recordings for a while now, there’s a good variation in the collections, a particular favorite is the Guyana Rainforest recordings, there’s some beautiful bird calls and insect noises. A particular favorite is the Screaming Piha, there’s a hypnotic conversation happening between birds, it’s like there’s a natural delay within the rainforest with over birds answering the calls.

In contrast the Indian nature recordings offer a different soundscape, the Barking Deer by having a lovely natural reverb that cuts through the sound of a stream, it's easy to be transported while wearing headphones.

There’s also a collection of english songbirds that are captured well, they sound close, the kind of recordings that only come with a ton of patience and an early start.
